| FILM SCHEDULE |
Two wonderfully bizzare and erotic masterpieces by two great filmmakers and queer cultural icons. In Couch (1964) Andy Warhol gathers a vast number of his Factory regulars for a pansexual series of tableaux, all on or near his famed red-velvet couch. Jack Smith's amazing Flaming Creatures (1963) is a groundbreaking and infamous cornucopia of delirium and bargain basement visual excess. A multitude of people, often in drag or of indeterminate gender, dance, cavort, and writhe in an anarchic bacchanalia. 16mm, Total: 85 min.
