Bob and Jack fell in love while serving in the US Army. Now in their 80s, they recount sometimes funny, sometimes moving stories of how they have managed to stay together for over 50 years, battling the stigmas of being a gay couple living in a small town. This is the story about the kind of lifelong love we all hope for. Showing with: The Other Side: A Queer History (Jane Cantillon, US, 2006), a loving portrait of the last gay piano bar in Los Angeles that serves as the backdrop to a look at the brutal treatment of gay men by the LAPD from the 50s – 70s.
