Refunds and Cancellations: Phone and online orders cannot be changed after the order is placed. The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets or passes. All programs are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a program is cancelled, exchange passes will be issued to ticket holders at the theater.

PASSES
Pick Five Pass: $45. Good for admission for one person to any 5 regular screenings at the festival. (Not good for any special admissions programs.)

Pick Ten Pass: $80 Good for admission for one person to any 10 regular screenings at the festival. (Not good for any special admissions programs.)

Festival Pass: $125 ($115 members). Good for admission for one person to all regular screenings. (Not good for special admissions programs).

Enhanced Festival Pass: $175 ($160 members). Good for admission for one to all regular screenings, as well as opening and closing night screenings and galas.

Passes are not transferable. Passes must be presented to the theater box office on the day of the show for a ticket. Passes cannot be redeemed in advance of the day of the show. Please arrive early. Admission is not guaranteed in the event of a sell-out.
